What a fantastic spot! The countryside setting really adds to the experience. I had been on the hunt for a cozy chair for quite some time and finally discovered it at Holloways. The folks there are super friendly, so overall, it's a huge win.

Fantastic service at the store. The furniture is of good quality and was brought in by some really friendly and professional delivery guys. They didn’t hesitate to carry the furniture (through the neighbor's yard) over the fence and then up 23 steps. Definitely recommend!

Initially, everything seemed great - I got a quick response to my inquiry, and they took measurements to make sure it was the right height for a gentleman with a learning disability. I ordered three Malvern chairs, which showed up in May '22, but two of them broke within just six weeks. I reached out to Holloway, and an engineer came to check them out. He mentioned that there was a knot in the wood that made it weak. After he returned to the office, his report claimed both chairs were overused - in just six weeks? Plus, they weren't even suitable for the gentleman due to his disability. Now, he’s left with only one chair that works and no place for his guests to sit. No refund, no exchange, no repair offered—just a full cost to him. The after-sale service is just terrible. 😒

I've never encountered a company as professional and welcoming as this one in ages. We chatted with several team members regarding our plan to buy staddlestones, and they all provided us with super helpful, informed advice. The delivery went off without a hitch, and the two delivery guys were really nice, doing a fantastic job placing the staddlestones in our garden. We're absolutely thrilled with our purchase and the overall experience!

I’m really super excited about my Heronswood Conservatory furniture. Annie from Sales was a huge help in picking the right stuff and offered awesome tips on fabric selection. Top-notch service from beginning to end. Our big garden dining set arrived right on schedule as promised when we bought it. The delivery crew was fantastic, giving us a call an hour before they showed up to let us know they were on their way. They were super professional and courteous while putting the furniture together and clearing away all the packaging. I’d totally recommend them.

As a frequent shopper, I can say this company is top-notch in all areas. My huge terracotta pot showed up right when they said it would. The two delivery guys carried it to my backyard and set it up just right. Holloways really go above and beyond, and they definitely earn those 5 stars.

The delivery of my garden furniture was right on schedule. It was unpacked and set up just right. My only gripe is that when putting together tables with glass surfaces, it would be nice if the delivery crew wore gloves while handling the glass top. Their fingerprints ended up all over both sides, which kinda ruined the appearance of it.

I think our order was the first for Sophie; she was super friendly and professional. The delivery team was outstanding—very cheerful, pleasant, and quick. This sofa is gorgeous and definitely worth the wait! The customer service was top-notch, responding super fast to any questions I had about my order, especially given the tough times for suppliers. I really want to give a shoutout to the delivery drivers who did an amazing job getting the furniture into my home through a tricky entrance hall. It was a bit of a nail-biter! 🙂

I can't believe I haven't shared my thoughts on Holloways yet. We absolutely adore them and have made quite a few purchases. The showroom is charming—someone there has a fantastic knack for color and presentation, which really makes you want to buy, and the prices are hard to beat. The team is super friendly and accommodating, including the delivery folks who really go above and beyond. And let me tell you, the coffee at the Glasshouse is top-notch! Yep, I'm definitely a fan.
